These terms govern use of the public website and related inquiry forms operated by Rendruma, a division of Advanced Innovation Modern Business S.P.C (Sultanate of Oman, CR 1663163).

Content on rendruma.com is for general information about our capabilities. It is not a binding offer until a written proposal or contract says so. You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or scrape content in a way that harms service availability.
Inquiries
Submitting an inquiry does not create a production contract. We may decline work that falls outside capability, capacity, or commercial fit.
Commercial work
Paid projects are governed by the proposal, statement of work, and any signed or accepted commercial terms for that engagement. Typed-name acceptance in the client portal creates an audit record of acceptance; it is not presented as a qualified electronic signature unless a separate agreement says otherwise.
Intellectual property
Unless a contract states otherwise, Rendruma retains production methods, tools, and unlicensed working files. Deliverables licensed to the client are defined in the project agreement. Case-study publication requires your permission.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Advanced Innovation Modern Business S.P.C / Rendruma is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use or preliminary inquiries. Contracted production liability is limited as stated in the applicable commercial documents.
Governing context
These website terms are intended for visitors and prospects. Project disputes follow the governing law and venue set in the relevant commercial agreement. For Oman-registered entity matters, Oman law is the starting point unless a contract specifies otherwise.
